Book of Dreams Online Class begins Feb. 6!
What is the Book of Dreams? We have been doing this work our entire lives, but Iva and Emily have been working consciously, consistently, persistently, on Book of Dreams for over ten years, and the resulting creations and manifestations in our lives have been extraordinary. This transformation has been the result of observing and recording our dreams and visions through the creative act. Book of Dreams is a record of your conversations with your own heart. It is a lexicon for your own vocabulary with which you understand your soul and your interactions with the physical reality in which you live. It is a dictionary of the encoded language of your own life. The Book of Dreams is an infinite “vision board,” a “vision book,” unfolding page after page into an enormous volume of intuition, intention, discovery and joyous manifestation. With the awareness that you are both creator and creation, you can explore and guide your dreams into reality through your intentional and creative conversation with your heart, by making your Book of Dreams.
This work is informed by methods of Intentional Creativity, Toltec philosophy, ancient practices of dreaming and intuitive development, as well as equine-assisted introspection and connection to Nature.

You will be provided with a detailed list of suggested supplies when you register for the class, but the list is open to whatever you have on hand. If you are unable to purchase the materials on the list, please use whatever you can find or already have. The most important component is your “book,” which may be any kind of sketchbook, preferably a larger one and one that can handle water media and glue. We recommend the “Strathmore Visual Journal” in the 9x12 in. size 140 lb. watercolor paper. Also recommended are paint (watercolor or acrylic), brushes, sharpie permanent markers, glues, collage materials, found objects.
Our class will be held via Zoom call on the following days/times (plan for 90 minutes with the possibility of 2 hours), and via our private class-dedicated Facebook Group, open only to participants in this class. All Zoom calls will be recorded if you are unable to attend live.
